Tin Coated Copper wire can be manufactured by 2 processes.

Hot Dip Tinning Process

In the process, Copper Wire Rod is first drawn to the required size after the drawing process, Annealing is done to reduce the harness in copper wire due to drawing, and after that Tin is being melted in Electric Pot and the Electrolytic Copper Wire is dipped through this melted Tin which results in Tin Coated Copper wire. The surface of Finished Tin coated copper wire depends on the pre surface treatment of copper wire and wiping process of molten tin. 

Electroplating Process

In this process the wire is gone through a Chemical Tray and with the help of rectifier and Electric Current to DC Current is passed which results in electroplating, this process is used for House Wiring, Control Panel Cable & Other Electric & Electronic Wire as well as Cable too.

SINGLE WIRE DIAMETER FROM: 0.100 MM to .600 MM
FINISH: Tinned
COPPER GRADE: Electrolytic and Oxygen Free
